Internationally compliant and National–law–compliant Code of Conduct
Acceptable under international digital commerce laws and many National Contract Acts,
Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, International and National Arbitration Acts,
and standard MLM/Affiliate compliance norms.
THE EVOLUTION
(Internationally Compliant – National & Global Digital Commerce Standards)
The following Code of Conduct (“Code”) forms an integral part of THE EVOLUTION Participation Agreement.
Every Participant, Member, Networker, Agent, or Representative (“Member”) is legally bound to follow these rules.
Violation of any rule may result in suspension, termination, removal of benefits, penalties, or legal action under applicable laws.
1. Exclusivity & Non-Compete (Legally Safe Version)
- Members may not promote, advertise, or solicit participation in any other ROI-based earning system to Evolution members during their active partnership period.
- Members are free to join other businesses personally, but cannot cross-promote inside Evolution channels.
- Any breach may lead to suspension or removal according to internal policy.
2. Anti-Solicitation Rule
- Members are strictly prohibited from inviting Evolution members into any external investment, earning, or networking platform.
- The Company may issue warnings, restrict accounts, or apply penalties for violations.
3. Official Meetings Protocol
- Zoom meetings, webinars, and presentations will be held only during official timings.
- Members must follow official procedures and instructions during meetings.
4. Question & Answer Policy
- No open Q&A in meetings where new clients/guests are present.
- Q&A allowed:
- One-on-one with an authorized representative, or
- In a group after official approval.
5. Financial Transaction Responsibility
- The Company is not responsible for losses from:
- Member-to-member payments,
- Hand-to-hand money exchange,
- Transactions outside the official system.
- Only deposits/withdrawals through the official platform are recognized.
6. Unauthorized Collection of Funds
- No member is allowed to collect investment amounts from any person.
- Violation may result in immediate action, including termination.
7. Misrepresentation & False Promises
- Members must describe the system only according to the official plan and procedures.
- False explanation or personal promises will not be recognized.
- The Member making false claims will be personally responsible.
8. Consent to Terms
- Anyone who disagrees with the Company’s rules is advised not to join.
- Participation means full acceptance.
9. Communication Restrictions
- Members may not contact system management directly without authorization.
- Communication must be through official representatives and support channels.
10. Anti-Harassment & Anti-Blackmail Rule
- No member may harass, threaten, force, or blackmail any representative or official.
- Such actions may lead to termination and legal consequences.
11. Prohibited Topics
- Political, religious, controversial, or irrelevant discussions are prohibited.
- Violations may result in warnings or removal.
12. Anti-Defamation Clause
- Members may not spread false information or harm the Company’s reputation.
- The Company may take disciplinary or legal action.
13. No Right to Demand Extra Benefits
- Members may not demand bonuses, compensations, or guarantees outside the official plan.
- All benefits are system-generated based on eligibility.
14. System’s Right to Modify Policies
- The Company may revise or modify algorithms, plans, or bonuses at any time.
- No member has the right to object or pressure the Company.
15. Recovery & Adjustments Policy
- If temporary benefits or financial support were provided and not returned, the Company may recover the amount from the Member’s account or uplines/downlines.
- Such adjustments are internal accounting rights of the Company.
16. Compliance with International & Local Laws
- Members must follow all digital commerce, cybersecurity, and financial governance rules.
- Violations may result in removal.
- The Company reserves legal protection rights.
FINAL DECLARATION (Legally Safe)
- The Member has read and understood this Code of Conduct.
- They voluntarily accept all rules.
- Violations may lead to disciplinary, suspension, termination, or legal action.
- Participation automatically binds them to this Code.
