The following Code of Conduct (“Code”) forms an integral part of THE EVOLUTION.UK Participation Agreement. Every Participant, Member, Networker, Agent, or Representative (“Member”) is legally bound to follow these rules. Violation of any rule may result in suspension, termination, removal of benefits, penalties, deletion of ID or legal action under applicable laws.

1. Exclusivity & Non-Compete (Legally Safe Version)

• Members may not promote, advertise, or solicit participation in any other MLM based earning system to Evolution.uk members during their active partnership period.
• Members are free to join other businesses personally, but cannot cross-promote inside Evolution.uk channels.
• Any breach may lead to suspension or removal and deletion of ID according to internal policy.

2. Anti-Solicitation Rule

• Members are strictly prohibited from inviting Evolution.uk members into any external investment, earning, or networking platform.
• The Company may issue warnings, restrict accounts, or apply penalties for violations and can also delete their and all team IDs.

3. Official Meetings Protocol

• Zoom meetings, webinars, and presentations will be held only during official timings.
• Members must follow official procedures and instructions during meetings.

4. Question & Answer Policy

• No open Q&A in meetings where new clients/guests are present.
• Q&A allowed:
• One-on-one with an authorized representative, or
• In a group after official approval.

5. Financial Transaction Responsibility

• The system is not responsible for losses from member-to-member payments.
• Hand-to-hand money exchange is not recognized.
• Transactions outside the official system are not covered.
• Only deposits/withdrawals through official platforms are recognized.

6. Unauthorized Collection of Funds

• No member is allowed to collect investment amounts from any person.
• Violation may result in immediate action, including termination and ID deletion.

7. Misrepresentation & False Promises

• Members must describe the system only according to the official plan and procedures.
• False explanation or personal promises will not be recognized by the System.
• The Member making false claims will be personally responsible.

8. Consent to Terms

• Anyone who disagrees with the system rules is advised not to join.
• Participation means full acceptance.

9. Communication Restrictions

• Members may not contact system management directly without authorization.
• Communication must be through official representatives and support channels.
• Communications can be done only in official times announced by system otherwise after that no one will be entertained who is trying to communicate.

10. Anti-Harassment & Anti-Blackmail Rule

• No member may harass, threaten, force, or blackmail any representative or official.
• Such actions may lead to termination, own ID deletion, all TEAM IDs deletion and legal consequences.

11. Prohibited Topics

• Political, religious, controversial, or irrelevant discussions are prohibited.
• Violations may result in warnings or removal.

12. Anti-Defamation Clause

• Members may not spread false information or harm the System’s reputation.
• The System may take any internal disciplinary or legal action.

13. No Right to Demand Extra Benefits

• Members may not demand bonuses, compensations, or guarantees outside the official plan.
• All benefits are system-generated based on eligibility.

14. System’s Right to Modify Policies

• The System may revise or modify algorithms, plans, or bonuses at any time.
• No member has the right to object or pressure the System.

15. Recovery & Adjustments Policy

• If temporary benefits or financial support were provided and not returned, the System may recover the amount from the Member’s account or up lines/down lines IDs.
• Such adjustments are internal accounting rights of the System.

16. Compliance with International & Local Laws

• Members must follow all digital commerce, cyber security, and financial governance rules.
• Violations may result in removal.
• The Company reserves legal protection rights.

Global Non-Liability, Participation & Risk Acknowledgment Agreement

(For Members, Networkers, Agents, and Investors)

Under International Cryptocurrency and Digital Commerce Laws

1. Parties

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between: THE EVOLUTION.UK, an online crypto-based earning and networking SYSTEM and the Participant, who registers, deposits, invests, or participates in the system, plans, or activities.

2. Purpose

This Agreement defines the terms under which the Participant voluntarily participates in THE EVOLUTION.UK system, acknowledges all associated financial and operational risks, and releases the SYSTEM from any form of legal, civil, or criminal liability.

3. Acknowledgment of Risk

• Cryptocurrency-based earnings and blockchain operations are speculative and subject to market volatility, system algorithms, and digital fluctuations.
• Participant assumes full responsibility for all profits or losses.
• No guarantee of profit, stability, or continuity is made.
• I acknowledge that cryptocurrency-based platforms are risky because crypto markets are highly volatile.
• I am investing by my own will and accept full responsibility for any losses, with no rights to claim compensation.

4. THE EVOLUTION.UK EARNINGS PROTOCOL

• Deleted accounts have no rights to claim refunds or benefits.
• THE EVOLUTION.UK is an investment and networking plan and I the member knows and understand that after activation of my account I have to create my ID and invest and also to invest and make team and from team investments I will be rewarded as per the system marketing plan.

5. No Claim / No Recovery

All deposits are final. The Participant waives rights to claim recovery, compensation, or refund under any circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

• THE EVOLUTION.UK, its management, representatives, and affiliates are not liable for any loss.
• Participant agrees not to initiate FIR, civil, criminal, or legal claims against the Company.
• Any false or retaliatory legal action is a material breach and the Company may pursue damages.

7. Indemnity

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless THE EVOLUTION.UK from all claims, losses, or expenses arising from participation.

8. Global Legal Compliance

• Interpreted under international cryptocurrency and digital commerce laws.
• The SYSTEM operates independently, not as a licensed financial institution.
• Disputes are resolved through mutual arbitration under recognized international frameworks and the company's arbitration wing.

9. Electronic Signature & Global Validity

• Enforceable under electronic signature laws in the UK, EU, USA, UAE, Canada, Singapore, Pakistan etc.
• Deposit + CNIC + OTP verification = electronic signing of this agreement.
• Legally binding immediately upon deposit confirmation.

10. Non-FIR and Non-Legal Complaint Declaration

• I voluntarily joined THE EVOLUTION.UK and understand the earning model.
• I shall not file or support any FIR, lawsuit, civil or criminal complaint, or legal notice against THE EVOLUTION.UK.
• This declaration is legally binding under National and international digital commerce standards.
